Having held leadership roles at Ovix, the Department of Education, Valtech, and Motorola, Jon is a seasoned expert in engineering innovation.
His strategic vision and technical leadership are integral to driving our engineering success, and we are proud to have him guiding our team.
Srinatha Reddy
Chief Architect Consultant
Srinatha Reddy is a Senior Architect with 24 years of experience across multiple industries, including government, telecom, and finance.
His expertise spans cloud computing, enterprise system integration, and digital transformation, with a deep focus on Azure and Microsoft technologies.
Srinatha has a proven track record of leading complex projects, mentoring teams, and driving innovation.
As a certified TOGAF Level-2 practitioner and Enterprise Solutions Architecture expert, we are proud to have him as our Chief Architect Consultant, where his strategic vision and technical leadership will be invaluable.
Srinivas Gunda
Founder and Director
Srinivas, better known as Sri, began his tech career over two decades ago in London, advancing from Test Consultant to leadership roles at Bupa, the Department for Transport, Valtech, and Datamatics, with a strong focus on the public sector.
In 2005, he founded I-Net Software Solutions as an IT consultancy dedicated to serving government and public sector clients. By 2021, he pivoted towards pioneering Insurtech and HR product development.
Now undergoing a prestigious rebrand, I-Net continues to drive innovation in the public sector while offering transformative solutions and esteemed QA and Data Science training centres. With offices in London, Hyderabad, the USA, and Dubai, Sri remains committed to shaping industries with cutting-edge technology.
Priyanka Sakhardande
Head of Data & AI
Priyanka is a seasoned data science leader with 15 years of expertise, having worked with UK giants like Lloyds Banking Group, Amazon, and Prudential.
A visiting faculty member at the Data Science Institute (Ireland) and Mumbai University, Priyanka excels in Gen AI, Machine Learning, Python, R, and BI tools like Tibco and PowerBI.
As a transformative leader, she drives digital transformation and builds high-performing data teams.

Guy Harwood
Associate VP of Technology
Guy Harwood is a highly accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in delivering secure, scalable systems for major public and private sector clients, including the UK Government, BBC, and Tesco PLC.
He has successfully led multi-million-pound IT transformation programs, driving innovation and operational excellence.
As our VP of Technology, Guy’s unparalleled expertise in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions is invaluable to our organization.
